F.A.Q.

  1. Do you do custom orders?
    Yes! Fill out a a custom order request and we will see if we can help create your idea! We also do bulk orders on request as well!
  2. I have allergies – do you make your items around pets?
    Me too! All our products are made in a separate structure away from our owned (ok they own us really) and foster pets. Our hammocks and covers are pre-washed in non-scented sensitive laundry soap.
  3. What type of guarantee or return policy do you have?
    We love and stand behind our products so much will guarantee our products for up to 6 months of normal wear and tear from purchase date. If a clasp breaks or a strap comes loose we will fix it at no additional cost (although you will have to pay to ship to us, but we will cover shipping it back and credit you $10 on your next purchase!).
    Our Bad!
    If we end up sending you a replacement due to our own error (sending wrong size, etc), we encourage you to keep your incorrect item or donate it one of your local shelters.
    Return Policy
    We do not accept returns if you purchased the wrong size or decided to not use it. Unfortunately it’s impossible to resell these items and we are small enough we just can’t. Sorry.
  4. Can I send you pictures of my cat/pet with your products?
    Yes. The answer is always yes.
